It is important to know where the realization of projects should take place - at the site of the commissioning party or at the site of a contractor such as INNO. There are good arguments in favor of the latter choice: employee expertise, suitable tools and adequate equipment are available on site. INNO therefore offers outsourcing as a solution for some projects: parts of the order are outsourced to INNO, where they are completed by INNO's own employees in their own company workplaces.
This happened when INNO was commissioned to install machine covers. A German machine manufacturer for industries such as the tobacco industry decided that the installation of a complete machine covering, including builders' hardware, was too specialist in nature and decided to outsource the work to the INNO factory. This turned out to be a wise choice. More than 200 type-dependent manufacturing components, often with sophisticated welded parts created using critical processes (such as belt grinding), formed the basis for perfectly closing machine covers.
