INNO as a learning company

INNO employs its professional expertise and technologies for its own business operations. Nevertheless, the company also takes its social responsibility seriously. By creating room for young talent, INNO offers young people following a professional training program better prospects on the job market.

BBL and BOL
This primarily concerns students of a BBL (vocational training) or BOL (training on the job) study program (level 1 to 4). Students in these programs who are looking for a job, internship or graduation assignment can apply to INNO-metaal | assembly, where they can be assured of professional supervision. After all, INNO is a recognized training company, designated as such by Kenteq, the knowledge and advisory center for the technology sector. See s-bb.nl or kenteq.nl.

Students who want to discover the world of technology at INNO can enter at different levels as, for example, an assistant, basic professional, skilled worker or middle management specialist. Specially trained practical supervisors are available at every level.

Are you passionate about technology and motivated to get to work? If so, inquire about the possibilities at: sollicitatie@inno-metaal.nl

Don't forget to add your CV and a brief cover letter indicating which program you would like to follow.

HBO and WO (higher (vocational) education)
INNO-metaal | assembly also offers opportunities to people with a higher education. Positions for interns or graduates with a higher (vocational) education level become available every year at the Logistics, Finance, Purchasing, Quality, Work Preparation or Engineering departments. Together with the student, we will search for a suitable assignment that matches his/her study program and contributes to improving the student's independence and perseverance.
